Punch, kick, skip, weave, drills, footwork, core strengthening and more....and best of all, it helps release pent up stresses too!

BoxFit is suitable for all abilities and fitness levels. No experience necessary! We do encourage clients to bring their own gloves and pads where possible

A 30 or 45 minute outdoor or indoor class (weather dependant), with targeted core conditioning and back strengthening exercises for reduced back pain and stronger core. This class is suitable for all abilities and fitness levels.
