BC Rev sessions are suitable for all fitness levels and abilities and the full body workout improves cardio capability, increases strength, stamina, agility core strength and speed.Throw in the natural elements and you could be burning up to 800calories per session....but prepare to GET MUDDY!

CircuitFit is a full body exercise class, combining strength and cardio exercise with High Intensity Interval Training designed to improve strength, stamina, agility, core strength, flexibility, coordination and wellbeing, this class is guaranteed to take your fitness to the next level.Suitable for all Fitness levels and abilities

Punch and kick your way to fitness with our pad, glove and bag OUTDOOR class. Combining a range of martial arts and boxing techniques to create an all over body training program. Punch, kick, skip, weave, drills, footwork, core strengthening and more....and best of all, it helps release pent up stresses too!

BoxFit is suitable for all abilities and fitness levels. No experience necessary! We do encourage clients to bring their own gloves and pads where possible

An Indoor, 30 minute ab class, with targeted core conditioning and back strengthening exercises for reduced back pain and stronger core. This class is suitable for all abilities and fitness levels.

🟥 OBSTACLE PAY & PLAY 🟥

SATURDAYS: 10:15

Come and spend an hour on the Bootcamp Revolution Obstacle Course for muddy family fun!


Set on 2.5 acres with over 20 obstacles for you and your mini beasts to climb, jump, scramble and get down right dirty with our water filled, mud trenches!

The perfect way to spend time and stay active with your family in the great outdoors!

But be sure to bring a change of clothes and shoes!

Bring your baby and buggy to our Buggy Bootcamp session: full body, all ability workout, designed to gently and effectively regain your pre pregnancy figure, improve core strength, pelvic floor and help you feel more energised! Also proven to reduce post natal depression

All sessions are led by our post natal qualified advanced Personal trainer and mum of 4
