> Full body analysis inc body fat, body water, visceral fat, body muscle, BMI

> Menopause / pre & post natal /menstrual / conception advice and support depending on where you are in your journey

> Nutrition plan specifically developed for optimum female health to balance hormones, achieve a healthy body fat percentage, support and improve immunity and defences.

> Weekly bespoke Home workout plans for your exact requirements and goals, including Pilates, yoga, muscle development, skeletal supporting and heart health workouts specifically created for women to improve all over well being, strengthen and improve skeletal and joint mobility and flexibility and improved heart health.

> Meditation and mental health advice and support
