GROUP CLASSES

We offer a range of indoor and outdoor group training sessions suitable for all fitness levels and abilities from Bootcamp, BoxFit, CoreFit and more. AND WE OFFER A FREE TRIAL FOR ALL OF OUR GROUP CLASSES! There is a large range of benefits from our classes, including the social aspect, allowing you to meet like minded people in a supportive and vibrant environment!Our ‘Revvers’ are a friendly bunch and the support and camaraderie is evident at every  session. It also increased your motivation levels when working as part of a team, while also boosting your confidence and self esteem.Exercise is fast becoming the most adopted treatment for mental health conditions as well as the physical and health benefits gained from working out. We know it always daunting joining a new group, in any element of life, but we promise, you’ll be made to feel very welcome and at home in no time, that you won’t remember a time when you weren’t part of the BC Rev family!  Check out our timetable for more details on our classes

Punch and kick your way to fitness with our indoor pad, glove and bag class. Combining a range of martial arts and boxing techniques to create an all over body training program. Punch, kick, skip, weave, drills, footwork, core strengthening and more....and best of all, it helps release pent up stresses too!

BoxFit is suitable for all abilities and fitness levels. No experience necessary! We do encourage clients to bring their own gloves and pads where possible
