A new, tried and tested, results proven 1-2-1 program, designed specifically for peri menopausal and menopausal women to reduce symptoms and support through this phase of womanhood.

This is due to changes in hormone levels and a variety of physiological changes due to the menopause.

But the Second Spring Menopause Method can support you through your menopause and improve the symptoms you are experiencing and help you feel more in control of your body and in the best shape of your life.

Based on scientific research and studies, the Second Spring; Menopause Method has been created to not only help you lose stubborn body fat, but also balance hormones, build strength to reduce the risk of osteoporosis and other menopause related conditions, reduce symptoms such as hot flushes, disturbed sleep patterns, brain fog and help you gain back control of your body!

This program has been trialled by 15 menopausal women, of varying ages and phases of menopause, all with amazing results and improvements (see feedback from these ladies on our website)


Created by Emma Watts; a 48 year old menopause practitioner, advanced level Personal Trainer & clinical nutritionist, with over 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry.


The Second Spring Menopause Method includes;

  • 10 x 45 minute 1-2-1 training sessions

  • Full body analysis and assessment including body composition, postural analysis and well woman assessment

  • Tailored nutrition plan, developed on scientific studies with proven results to help lose stubborn menopause related body fat, balance hormones & reduce a wide range of menopausal symptoms

  • Weekly, bespoke, quick home workout plans (maximum 10 mins per day) designed to improve muscle strength, core and skeletal stability, reduce body fat, protect against menopause related conditions in addition to the formulated blood sugar balancing phased nutrition and supplement recommendations

  • Supplement and vitamin & holistic, natural alternative advice and guidance

  • Online support group

  • Weekly check ins and assessments to track your progress 

  • Advanced level PT and clinical nutritionist on hand to support and advise

  • Designated members app for additional advice and support

Packages start from just £300 per person. We offer both day time, evening and weekend slots for 1-2-1 sessions
