The Bootcamp Revolution Assault Course was designed specifically to provide each participant a complete body workout, addressing all 5 fitness essentials:

  • Cardiovascular Fitness
  • Flexibility Training
  • Strength Training
  • Muscular Endurance
  • Muscular Strength

 

 

FACT: An Assault Course can only be called so if it involves water....if it doesn't have water, it's an Obstacle Course!!!

So guess what.....Bootcamp Revolution has a swing pit with plenty of water, and yes, if we make it tough enough for you, you'll get wet.

WHAT'S ON THE ASSAULT COURSE

Everything ranging from wall climbs to monkey bars, rope climbs to scramble tunnels, swing pits to Works zones....you'll be spoilt for choice and with the building of Phase 2 planned for January 2011, it can only get better!
